PAGAN MAGIC
My pagan ritual magic sparks fireworks
as the dragon breathe ignites a fire in my
heart as I seek knowledge of ancient
ways and people long gone
Images of druids at one with nature,
surrounded by trees and the mists of the past
intrude on my thoughts as I feel the land
through my feet and my heart
I am resting upon emerald green lands
cradled in the Goddess' love and I feel
a desire to hear the mockingbirds song
warbled through the trees and on the wind
Rivers of sparkling aqua water meandering at
my feet, splashing over rocks once open
to fresh air and azure skies and clouds
floating by on a gentle breeze
The dragon gently left leaving a trail of
fire that cannot be extinquished, a desire
to learn more, and a soul alight with thirst
to be in times gone by
